Great value for money, cozy and well-equipped cottage. The location was peaceful with beautiful walks nearby. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could be more diverse.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this charming cottage. It was cosy and the kids loved interacting with the horses and hens every day. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Jurassic coast, and only a short drive away from a beautiful town. The cottage had a range of kitchen appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher, making our stay even more convenient. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of constant hot water. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings, as well as the ample space available.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a cozy and clean stay with accommodating hosts. I highly recommend this good retreat.

The cottage's safe environment was perfect for our small grandson, who absolutely loved the ponies in the field and the ducks and chickens running around. The host was extremely friendly. The cottage itself was cozy and we enjoyed picking apples from the tree for a snack. Colyton, a vibrant village with fantastic pubs and cafes, was a short, blissful walk away. The property had all the amenities we needed, including wi-fi and a flat-screen TV. The spacious lounge and big hallway were a pleasant surprise, as was the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful rural setting. The flowers on the kitchen table upon arrival added a lovely touch. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come again.

It was difficult to find a taxi from nearby places, which made transportation a bit inconvenient at times.
